IM- We have Windows Messenger through out the MCBCC network and it usually works but the other messenger services that are recommended require downloading , so we know that is not going to happen.
SMS- I do so much texting I got to the point that I redid my AT&T account and added unlimited texting and lowered my minutes plan since I hardly made phone calls.
Webinar- Sat through a couple of webinars where we sat as a group in Meeting Room C and watched it via the projector. One was set a certain time and through technical difficulties we missed most of the presentation and the other was more successful but both were one way conferences. I would like like any other conferences to be collaborative.
